1.    Where are the Erzsó shops located?

We have two shops: one in Odorheiu Secuiesc, 18 Câmpului Street, the other one is in Miercurea Ciuc, 14 Kossuth Lajos Street.


2.    What are the opening hours at Erzsó stores?

From Monday to Friday we are open from 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.


3.    What if I am not sure what size fits me?

In this case, it is best to ask a competent person to measure you. With these measurements, you can contact us on Facebook or by phone.


4.    What can I do if I ordered an Erzsó product by post but the size doesn't fit?

In case of an incorrect size, the item must be returned in perfect condition to the address below within 14 working days after receiving of the parcel. After 14 days, we cannot exchange the item of clothing. In all cases, delivery costs will be paid by the customer.

5.    What happens if the product I want is not in stock in the online shop?

In this case the customer will be contacted by phone. If the customer agrees with a later delivery, the order will be registered, and the product will be prepared and delivered as soon as possible (max. 14-21 working days). Before delivery, the customer will be informed to expect the arrival of the parcel.


6.    Can I order any kind of folk costume from Erzsó Szalon according to my needs?

In Erzsó Szalons you can only choose from existing designs.

 

7.    Is it possible for Erzsó Szalon to make my own folk costume from my own fabric?

In our workshop we do not work from fabrics brought by our customers.

 

8.    We travelled a long way to one of the Erzsó shops and the product we wanted to buy was not in stock. What can we do?

If we have the necessary material in stock, we can make the product and send it to you by post within 2-3 weeks.

 

9.    Does Erzsó Szalon make clothes to my measurements?

We do not make clothes tailored specifically for the client’s measurements. Our products are ready-made. However, we can tailor the finished articles to the customer's measurements IF the product can be modified.

 

10.    I am interested in a product that is not in the online shop, but I saw it on the Erzsó Szalon Facebook page. What can I do?

In this case, please contact us by private message on Facebook and ask for the current stock of the product you are interested in.


11.    I asked a question/comment about a Facebook post, but did not receive a reply. What can I do?

We reply to many messages, posts and comments every day and unfortunately some may be left out, but we do our best to answer all questions. If you still don't receive a reply, please call +40745317902.

 

12.    We'd like to visit one of the Erzsó shops but we come from far away. Do we have to register?

You don't have to register, but it is a good idea to call us or let us know in Facebook message that you are coming.

 

13.    Do clothes made of natural materials (linen, cotton) have to be ironed?

Although natural fabrics have a special characteristic of looking wrinkled, it is recommended to iron shirts and clothes made of linen or cotton after washing.
